As policy and legal experts, we work with partners globally to advance social justice and equitable health outcomes
Who We Are
Article XII is a women-owned, values-driven company working towards the realization of the right to health. We envision a world where everyone can fulfill their right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.
How We Work
Our consultants provide high-quality guidance and expertise on legal and policy work related to public health. Our projects:
Take a rights-based approach, centering on communities most impacted
Adopt an interdisciplinary and intersectional approach - working in teams that bridge across the health and justice sectors and on topics that require addressing overlapping complexities
Use sustainable models of work, focused on amplifying national and regional expertise for long-term change
In addition to our consulting projects, we engage in pro bono work that supports the work of communities and non-profits working on health, human rights and social justice.
