As policy and legal experts, we work with partners globally to advance social justice and equitable health outcomes

Who We Are

Article XII is a women-owned, values-driven company working towards the realization of the right to health. We envision a world where everyone can fulfill their right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.

How We Work

Our consultants provide high-quality guidance and expertise on legal and policy work related to public health. Our projects:

  • Take a rights-based approach, centering on communities most impacted

  • Adopt an interdisciplinary and intersectional approach - working in teams that bridge across the health and justice sectors and on topics that require addressing overlapping complexities

  • Use sustainable models of work, focused on amplifying national and regional expertise for long-term change

In addition to our consulting projects, we engage in pro bono work that supports the work of communities and non-profits working on health, human rights and social justice.
